Hardware Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return for NFC hardware products purchased through pati.bio within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in original condition
• Original packaging should be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Customized NFC products
• Products that have been permanently programmed or altered
• Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale

3. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider.

Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the product is defective.

4. Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact support within 7 days of delivery.

pati.bio may replace defective items or issue refunds at its discretion.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact support with:

• Order number
• Product details
• Reason for return

Return instructions will then be provided.
