Organizations may create business accounts to manage multiple NFC devices and profiles.

Business administrators are responsible for:

• managing user access
• ensuring compliance with platform policies
• maintaining account security

3. NFC Device Deployment

Organizations using pati.bio NFC devices for employees, events, or customers must ensure:

• content shared through devices complies with applicable laws
• personal data collected through interactions follows privacy regulations

4. Bulk Orders

Large product orders may be subject to:

• custom pricing
• minimum order quantities
• extended fulfillment timelines

Custom hardware orders may not be eligible for standard refunds.

5. Platform Availability

While pati.bio strives to provide reliable service, enterprise customers acknowledge that the platform is provided on an "as-available" basis.

Service levels may vary depending on usage and infrastructure availability.

7. Termination
